Halloween is my second favorite holiday, next to Christmas. From a movie standpoint, although it might be cliched, I enjoy watching a lot of horror movies during the month of October.
My goal this month — to be known as the October 2019 Challenge — will be to watch or rewatch and review a total of 66+ horror movies. That’s a little over two movies a day on average for the month. You can track all reviews via Letterboxd and/or will be recapped here throughout this month at various intervals. Maybe once every six reviews or so.
If you’re wondering about the title of this post? My first movie of the October challenge is Leprechaun 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ and this is a question that Art asks the Leprechaun, “What was Judy Garland really like?” presumably (?) a reference to how the Leprechaun looks a little bit like one of the munchkins in The Wizard of Oz.
There are so many, many fun, campy horror movies like the Leprechaun series to go through and some legitimately scary movies (not this series, of course). October 2019 Challenge #2 is Leprechaun In The Hood ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Leprechaun #5 in the series).
