Watch, rate and review along with other Shudder fans all throughout October 2019

Am a bit behind getting started viewing the 2019 October Shudder 31 Days of Halloween Viewing Guide movies. A small few of them I’ve already seen, so that will help out, but will probably rewatch those anyway. Sharing here so others reading can follow and participate as well, if you like. It is fun to watch movies on a recommended watchlist, so I wanted to get this posted ASAP.

As of this writing, I’ve watched, rated and reviewed (click title to read full review) the following (from oldest to newest, not ranked):

  1. The Taking of Deborah Logan ⭐️⭐️⭐️ – amateur film crew documents woman suffering from Alzheimer’s and something much darker
  2. Yiy ⭐️ – 1967 soviet horror film involving witches and weirdness
  3. The Furies ⭐️⭐️⭐️ – aggressive multi-slasher flick with young women dropped into a game with a bunch of Jason-like stalkers.
  4. Belzebuth ⭐️⭐️ ½ – promising beginning that becomes a bit too familiar. A string of strange children murders along the US-Mexico border. Tobin Bell (Saw) stars.
