New Birds of Prey Trailer Shows Harley Unreliable Narration, Black Mask and more

Oooo this second official trailer is even better than the first!

Usually the second/final trailers show more about the movie but hopefully don’t spoil too much. I think this one is just right.

People are already talking about it all over the place.

We get to see a little bit of the Harley disjointed narrative

More how Harley “cuts ties” from “Mr. J.” And we get to see Black Mask donning the mask … yay!

“Are we ready?” — Harley.

Birds of Prey … official trailer #2

(I’m loving this, can you tell?!)

We’re less than a month away from this opening wide in the theaters, but in the meantime….

Harley Quinn Season 1 Episode 7 Drops Friday 1/10/2020 @ 6am PST (GMT-8)

Every Friday we’re watching, rating and reviewing new season one episodes of the Harley Quinn adult animated TV series and I’m reading through the Harley comics on DC Universe (there are many). Tomorrow, 1/10/2020 is S1E7: “The Line” There are 13 episodes scheduled for the first season and a second season has already been greenlit.

I’ve also started watching the acclaimed Batman: Animated Series (1992-1995) which covers Harley’s first animated TV debut. Would like to post reviews of the Harley-related episodes, so count on that coming out in the not too distant future.

Harley first appears on the episode “Joker’s Favor” on Batman: The Animated Series

From my early research, Harley was in at least 8 episodes of that series:

  1. S1E22 Joker’s Favor (pictured above)
  2. S1E34 The Laughing Fish
  3. S1E46 Almost Got ‘Im
  4. S1E51 The Man Who Killed Batman
  5. S1E56 Harley and Ivy – Notable for first time harley meets ivy in series
  6. S2E68 Trial
  7. S2E72 Harlequinade
  8. S2E81 Harley’s Holiday

What do you think of the new trailer? This movie has now reached 10/10 on my anticipation scale. Bring it on.

Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) opens wide in theaters February 7, 2020.
