Gross-out Body Horror

Human Centipede will test your resolve and stomach, is it scary or disgusting?

All throughout this horrific month of October, we’re spotlighting different horror subgenres. Last time we talked about shocking eye horror and this time let’s examine gross-out body horror.

Hard to imagine that it’s been 10 years since creator Tom Six shared with the world The Human Centipede⭐️⭐️⭐️, but yes it’s been that long. After the success of the first film, it spawned an entire trilogy of Centipede movies, segments as Six called them.

While we’re on the subject of horror, here’s an update of this blog’s October 2019 horror film challenge. 21 total movies so far and it’s only October 7th, so making good progress. I’m sort of choosing these movies by what’s available on the streaming channels as of this writing, rather than making personal choices. This should give a more random grouping of movies vs. personal choice, which would give a much higher percentage of 3-star and above movies.
